I have taken dozens of free walking tours over many and István‘s was certainly one of the very best.
As soon as we met Rob under his red umbrella, he was very welcoming and friendly even though he had to accommodate more people than usual on our tour day. His knowledge of Hungarian history was extensive as well as entertaining. We are not the most knowledgeable in terms of history but Robert made the tour fun and the history-bit definitely not boring. Very happy we chose to go on the tour with Robert rather than one of the many larger tour companies as Rob was very personable and a great tour guide. Ps. Thanks for the palinka!
